My wife and I had been looking at homes in the Vintage Oaks community for the past 3-4 years.  We always knew that we would end up having our forever home in this wonderful community of Vintage Oaks.  We casually looked at homes over an extended period of time.  But nothing we looked at fit our needs.  While building a home can be a daunting task, we decided to go the build route and we are so very glad we did.

Early in 2024, we started to speak with a few builders but as soon as we walked in the model home of Vintage Luxury Builders on Via Principale across the street from the clubhouse, we knew this was the builder we would choose and we are so very glad we did.

My wife loved the entire design process and all of the suppliers to Vintage Luxury Builders were just great to work with.  She enjoyed each and every one.  And once the foundation was poured in early July, the entire building process was just over 7 months.  The project management was second to none.  There was virtually no idle time between subcontractors and the work was done in a quality manner.  Of course, we are thrilled with our home and cannot thank Vintage Luxury Builders enough for all that they have done for us.
